This website, established under Colombian law, is operated by INVERSIONES PENTO S.A.S (hereinafter, "Encantadore") and through it products are exhibited and sold for online purchase by consumers.
By visiting our site and / or purchasing something, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below, including all additional terms and conditions and policies referenced in this document and / or available through hyperlinks ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). Users who enter the site www.encantadore.com from countries other than Colombia may make purchases subject to Colombian regulations.
We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that colors and details will be displayed accurately.
Our products may have limited quantities. Availability will be indicated on each product through the possibility of selecting the size and its inclusion in the cart.
The total value of the purchase will be made up of the following items to be paid by the user: the value of the product, discounts (in applicable cases), and shipping costs if applicable.
All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our products (or any part of the content) at any time without prior notice.
We are committed to the service and quality of our products, however, we cannot guarantee that they meet user expectations. In these cases, our products may be subject to return or exchange under our return policy only, which is set out below.
Current Promotions
The current discounts will be applied to the price of each garment. Not combinable with other discounts and/or promotions in force in stores.
Orders
For the commercial relationship between the User and Encantadore, an order will be considered to exist when there is a request by the User for the acquisition of a product in response to a sale offer.
Acceptance of the order will be made by email addressed to the address provided by the User using the expression "thank you very much for your purchase" or a similar one. However, in any case, the offer will be understood as accepted when Encantadore dispatches the products to the User.
The user must cover the costs of transportation and shipping of the products. The said value will be included in the total payment of the order at the time it is calculated at checkout. The user must accept and pay for these to confirm the order.
Payment Methods
When the payment of the selected product is made, the User must confirm and accept the amount to be paid by the means of payment available to Encantadore.
Payments can be made by different means, Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, PayU, Bank Transfer from any authorized Banking Institution, or any other means that Encantadore reserves to publish.
The user agrees that we provide access to this type of third-party payment tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and any endorsement. We will not have any responsibility derived from or related to the use of tools provided by third parties.
Any use that the user makes of the optional tools offered through the site will be at the user's own risk and discretion, so you must ensure that you are familiar with and approve the terms under which these tools are provided by the user (s). third party providers.
Origins of the Funds
When making a payment through the website and being processed and approved by the PAYU payment gateway for purchases in Colombia, and by the PayPal payment gateway for international purchases, the customer declares and maintains that:
a) The resources with which you made the purchase come from a lawful operation, trade, profession, activity, or business and in no case illegal, clandestine, or that violates the law or that influences a partial or total violation of this.
b) The monies with which you made the purchase were NOT obtained by any type of conduct that is enshrined in Colombian law as a constitutive offense of criminal offense.
c) I have never allowed third parties to use my accounts or my credit or debit cards to consign or manage monies that do not know their origin or come from conduct contrary to the law and especially criminal law.
d) I release INVERSIONES PENTO SAS from all responsibility for erroneous, false, inaccurate information that has been provided in this document or for the violation of it, in such a way that I will be solely responsible for it.
